Shipping Information
Freight & Handling Policy
Yeti NZ freights its products throughout New Zealand and its associated territories. We ship using Fastway and NZ Post. All freight costs using our standard providers and services are covered by Yeti NZ.
Orders placed before 10am NZST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 10am NZST will be processed the following business day.
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card approval, or when a confirmation of direct deposit shows the funds have been transferred into the Black Seal Imports Ltd account. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.
Where possible we will ship complete bikes to Authorised Yeti Service Centres to be built and picked up from.
Delivery Time
If the product is in stock your order should arrive within 2 business days of the order being made. Rural deliveries may take up to 3 business days.
If the product is not in stock we aim to fulfil the order within 20 business days, pending availability from the manufacturer. You will be informed of the order's progress.
Faster delivery of products that are not held in stock is possible, but this will attract a freight charge.

When your package is sent, you will automatically receive an email with your order's tracking number. You can view your order's progress online at:
